One of the unique features of Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code is their ability to be conducted entirely remote. Practitioners can perform the sessions independently, without the client needing to be present or actively participating. Healing can take place regardless of the client’s location, making it a convenient and accessible modality for achieving wellness goals.

During a session, the practitioner uses proxy muscle testing and intuitive techniques to connect with the client’s subconscious mind. The subconscious identifies and guides the practitioner to what items need to surface and be addressed during the session. The principles of using muscle testing to connect with the client’s subconscious mind and energy field are supported by quantum physics.

Within about 24 hours of your session, I will email you notes of the findings. Depending on the type of session, notes may include any emotions released, imbalances addressed or belief systems identified during the session.

No, not in Emotion Code, Body Code or Belief Code sessions. If you recognize any painful emotion that has been identified in a session and do not wish to talk about it there is no need. The emotion is released during the session regardless of whether you talk about it.

Each client is unique and the practitioner cannot say how many sessions a client will need. Some clients may feel “lighter” after just a single session and notice positive changes in their emotional and physical well-being. Other clients may need several or more sessions in order to resolve issues.

Testing at the end of each session will allow the subconscious to indicate how long the client may need to process the releases before another session is conducted. Clients can also space sessions depending on their preference for time to process and to allow self-healing to take place.

Scheduling sessions regularly can get the body into a rhythm of clearing and rebalancing which can support the body’s innate ability to heal itself. The next session can typically be in 3-5 days for Emotion Code and Body Code and 5-7 days for Belief Code. This allows time for processing and living life with less emotional baggage and time for self-healing. Sessions can also be scheduled at the client’s convenience or preference, such as every two weeks.

You may experience some tiredness, emotional fatigue, crying or physical changes. However, most sessions result in clients feeling “lighter.” Clients may notice being less emotionally triggered and improvement in physical complaints. All of this is normal with energy healing. It can be helpful to stay hydrated by drinking ample water, sleeping and practicing self-care. Self-care can include being compassionate with yourself and noticing things you want or need (sleep, time in nature, time alone, a warm cup of tea, yoga class, etc.).
